All items are handmade by me, and as such, may have slight imperfections in stitching, etc. I use high quality materials and will do my best to stitch items to high standards, but I am human… I will do my best to disclose any issues in the item description. Any item with noticable cosmetic flaws will be listed at a reduced price as a “second quality” item. I will never offer for sale any item that is not fully functional. All items I make meet CPSC Safety Requirements.
All items come from a smoke-free home. We do have one short-haired dog, but she does not come near the diapers. I disclose this in case you have allergy issues.
I am required to collect state and local sales taxes from residents of the state of Washington, including tax on shipping charges.
Orders shipping to US addresses will be shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on the weight of the package. Tracking numbers are included for all packages. Insurance to $50 is automatically included for Priority Mail packages. Insurance for First Class packages, or additional insurance for Priority packages, may be purchased at checkout if desired. International orders will be shipped via USPS First Class International, with the cost shown at checkout. Additional shipping charges for international packages will be invoiced to the buyer if not paid when placing the order. Customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Please do not ask me to be dishonest on customs forms. Also be aware that delivery of international orders may take several weeks.
For your protection and mine, I can only ship to the address listed on your PayPal account. Please ensure this address is correct before paying.
Customers local to the Tri-Cities, WA area may use coupon code “LOCALPICKUP” during checkout to avoid shipping charges. Be aware that if it is later determined that your order needs to be shipped, I will invoice you for shipping charges.
Please note that once I drop off a package at the post office, it is out of my hands and I cannot be held responsible for anything that happens to it beyond that point.
If your package tracking shows your package has not departed a sorting location for more than a few days, or it does not arrive within a few days of the scheduled delivery date, you may contact USPS at this Contact USPS to request help in locating your package. I have had very good luck with this service; in every instance I’ve used it, either someone has called me to inform me of search status and/or to ask for more information about the package for assistance finding it, or the package has started moving again and arrived soon after.
I want you to be happy with your purchase. I offer a 14-day “wash and wear” return policy on diapers so you don’t get stuck with anything that does not work for your child. If you are purchasing multiple diapers, please kindly “wash and wear” only one to check the fit and ensure they will work for you. (All my all-in-ones should fit the same). Please contact me at email@example.com before returning an item. You will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to me, and insurance is recommended.
If an issue is repairable, I am happy to fix it and make it right within 90 days of your original purchase. Again, please contact me by email first, and be prepared to send me a photograph of the issue. I will reimburse you your shipping cost if the issue was my mistake, and I will cover shipping it back to you after the repair.
Please note that I cannot accept returns for items that have been bleached or used with non-CD safe rash creams or fabric softeners. Also, while I use the highest quality materials for construction, I cannot guarantee them against normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear may include (but is not limited to) pilling, fading, staining, and thinning of the fabric. Please be aware that cotton woven fabrics are especially prone to thinning and wear holes at diaper edges, including the leg elastic casings. This is also considered normal wear and tear.
